Georgia Man Sentenced to Over Four Years in Prison for Bank Fraud and Aggravated Identity Theft
An Atlanta, Georgia man who defrauded banks in multiple states was sentenced today to 57 months in prison to be followed by 5 years supervised release, U.S. Attorney Kurt Alme said. The defendant was also ordered to pay $161,401.17 in restitution.
