UPDATE: At approximately 2:15 PM on April 20th, officers had cleared the scene. At approximately 11:51 AM, 911 dispatchers received multiple reports of a male lying in the street. Officers arrived and found a man with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
