First Benefis Baby of 2024 Has Arrived

The first baby born at Benefis in 2024 has been born.

Beau Hertel arrived at 9 lbs. 2 oz. at 6:17 a.m. on Jan. 1 to Ellyn and Kelly Hertel of Belt. Siblings Charlie, 4, and Josie, 1 1/2, were excited to meet their new little brother.

Ellyn said he looks just like his siblings at this age and is so far proving a chill baby.
