Celebrate the New Year with the Annual Jazz Workshop Concert

The CMR and GFHS Jazz Bands, along with the Rhapsody and Russell Ayres choirs, will be presenting the Annual Jazz Workshop Concert, January 9, 2026. This event will also feature esteemed guests from the University of Idaho music department, adding a unique flair to the program.

The concert will begin at 7:30 pm in the Bill Will Auditorium. The evening will begin with a captivating performance by the combined choirs, setting a festive tone for the night. Following the choirs, each of the individual school bands will take the stage, presenting a variety of jazz pieces that highlight their hard work and dedication. A special performance from the guest clinicians will also be featured.

The concert is at 7:30 pm in Bill Will Auditorium.  The combined choirs will open the program, followed by the individual school bands, as well as a special performance from guest clinicians.

This annual concert is always a highlight of the music calendar and serves as a fantastic way to kick off the New Year with live music and community spirit. Everyone is invited to join in this evening filled with rhythm and melody. Admission is free, so gather your family and friends for a delightful night of jazz!
